General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) govern the use of the driveMybox platform (“Platform”) provided by driveMybox GmbH. By accessing or using the Platform, users agree to these GTC.
   
2. Services Provided driveMybox GmbH offers a digital platform for automated container trucking solutions. The services include booking, managing, and optimizing container transport.
   
3. User Obligations Users must provide accurate and complete information and comply with applicable laws. Misuse of the platform, including fraudulent bookings, is strictly prohibited.
   
4. Contractual Relationship A binding contract is concluded when a user places an order on the platform and driveMybox GmbH confirms it. All transactions are subject to these GTC.
   
5. Liability driveMybox GmbH is liable for intentional misconduct and gross negligence. For minor negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for such contracts.
   
6. Data Protection Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the driveMybox Privacy Policy.
   
7. Termination Users may terminate their account at any time. driveMybox GmbH reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access for violations of these GTC.
   
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These GTC are governed by German law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes is Hamburg.
   
9. Amendments driveMybox GmbH reserves the right to modify these GTC. Users will be notified of significant changes in advance.
